Ari leads Imperia’s commercial division and built out its drone and thermal imaging inspection program — spotting trapped moisture and membrane failure on large flat roofs before it shows up as a leak inside the building.

Ari spent his first six years managing commercial roofing projects before earning an FAA Part 107 drone license and adding thermal imaging to Imperia’s inspection toolkit. On large flat roofs, he now flies a full thermal scan before anyone sets foot on the membrane, mapping trapped moisture that’s invisible to a standard walk-through inspection.
